关节镜下半月板成形术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下半月板成形术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月于南京应天骨科医院就诊的膝关节半月板损伤患者88例,以随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,各44例。对照组行关节镜下半月板切除术,观察组行关节镜下半月板成形术。比较两组手术治疗效果、膝关节功能、术后并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前跛行、支撑物使用、关节绞锁、关节不稳、疼痛、关节肿胀、爬楼梯、下蹲评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组患者各项评分高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节半月板损伤患者采用关节镜下半月板成形术治疗的效果较好,有利于改善患者膝关节功能,且术后并发症较少。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic meniscoplasty in the treatment of knee meniscus injury.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with knee meniscus injuries who attended Nanjing Yingtian Orthopedic Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by randomized numerical table method,each of which consisted of forty-four cases.The control group performed arthroscopic meniscectomy,and the observation group performed arthroscopic meniscoplasty.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical treatment effect,knee joint function,and postoperative complications.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the difference between the preoperative scores of claudication,brace use,joint strangulation,joint instability,pain,joint swelling,stair climbing and squatting was not statistically significant in the two groups(P>0.05);after the operation,the scores of the two groups were higher than those before the operation,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic meniscoplasty in patients with knee meniscus injuries has a better effect on improving the function of the knee joint and has fewer postoperative complications.
