摘 要:目的:研究新生儿颅脑病变检查中低频、高频超声联合诊断的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月淄博市高青县妇幻保健院收治的100例疑似颅脑病变新生儿作为研究对象,新生儿均接受低频超声、高频超声、磁共振检查,以磁共振检查结果为诊断“金标准”,比较不同检查方式对颅脑病变的检出率、准确度。结果:低频、高频超声联合检查脑白质病变检出率较低频超声、高频超声更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);低频、高频超声联合检查的颅脑出血、脑水肿、室管膜下出血检出率较低频超声更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);低频、高频超声联合检查的颅脑出血、脑水肿、室管膜下出血检出率与高频超声检查比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);高频超声检查脑白质病变、颅脑出血、脑水肿、室管膜下出血检出率较低频超声更高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。低频、高频超声联合诊断特异度、准确度较低频超声、高频超声更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿颅脑病变检查中低频、高频超声联合诊断效果显著。Objective:To study the diagnostic effect of low frequency and high frequency ultrasound in the examination of neonatal craniocerebral lesions.Methods:A total of one hundred neonates with suspected craniocerebral lesions were selected from January 2021 to January 2023 in Zibo Gaoqing County Maternal and Child Health Hospital.All neonates underwent low frequency ultrasound,high frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance examination.The results of magnetic resonance examination were used as the"gold standard"to compare the detection rate and accuracy of different examination methods for craniocerebral lesions.Results:The detection rate of leukodystrophy in low frequency ultrasound and high frequency ultrasound was higher than that in low frequency ultrasound and high frequency ultrasound,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the detection rates of craniocerebral hemorrhage,cerebral edema and subependymal hemorrhage were higher than those of low frequency ultrasound(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rates of cranial hemorrhage,cerebral edema and subependymal hemorrhage between low frequency and high frequency ultrasonography(P>0.05);the detection rate of white matter lesion,cranial hemorrhage,cerebral edema and subependymal hemorrhage by high frequency ultrasound was higher than that by low frequency ultrasound,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the diagnostic specificity and accuracy of low frequency ultrasound and high frequency ultrasound were higher than those of low frequency ultrasound and high frequency ultrasound,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the examination of neonatal craniocerebral lesions,the combined diagnosis effect of low frequency and high frequency ultrasound is remarkable.
