摘　　要：目的:探究聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检查法、细菌检查法在阴道细菌检查中的应用价值。方法:选择2022年1—12月进行阴道细菌检查的阴道炎患者作为研究对象,共45例。收集所有患者的阴道分泌物,行PCR检查和细菌培养法检查,分析检验结果。结果:PCR检查法阳性检出率高于细菌培养法、肠球菌、棒状杆菌、加特纳菌、检出率高于细菌培养法(P<0.05)。结论:在阴道细菌检查中,PCR检查法相对于细菌培养法具有更高的应用价值,其病原菌检出率更高,为细菌性阴道炎的准确诊断和个体化治疗提供了更可靠的手段。Objective:To investigate the application value of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)examination method and bacterial examination method in vaginal bacterial examination.Methods:Forty-five patients with vaginitis who underwent vaginal bacterial examination during January-December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The vaginal secretions of all patients were collected,examined by PCR examination and bacterial culture method,and the test results were analyzed.Results:The positive detection rate of PCR examination method was higher than that of bacterial culture method,and the detection rate of Enterococcus,Corynebacterium,and Gardnerella vaginalis was higher than that of bacterial culture method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In vaginal bacterial examination,PCR examination method has a higher application value than bacterial culture method,with a higher detection rate of pathogenic bacteria,which provides a more reliable means for accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment of bacterial vaginitis.
