综合护理在急慢性咽喉炎患者雾化吸入治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对雾化吸入治疗的急慢性咽喉炎患者不良反应与满意度的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年8月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院耳鼻喉科接受雾化吸入治疗的110例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组生活质量评分、不良反应发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为雾化吸入治疗的急慢性咽喉炎患者实施综合护理,能够提高患者的生活质量,并降低不良反应发生率,从而提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care on adverse reactions and satisfaction of patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis treated by nebulized inhalation.Methods:One hundred and ten patients who received nebulized inhalation treatment in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with the control group implementing conventional care and the observation group implementing comprehensive care.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis treated by nebulized inhalation can improve patients'quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,thus improving patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
