摘　　要：目的:分析针对性护理对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后康复的影响。方法:选择2022年6月—2023年6月在锦州医科大学附属第三医院接受手术治疗的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术指标、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率以及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后实施针对性护理,能够降低患者术后不适感与疼痛感,加快其康复进程,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who received surgical treatment in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The surgical indexes,postoperative pain degree,complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of targeted nursing for patients with acute suppurative appendicitis can reduce postoperative discomfort and pain,accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve nursing satisfaction.
