摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在肠外营养支持治疗恶性肠梗阻中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年10月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科接受肠外营养支持治疗的60例恶性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者生活质量、护理满意度以及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为接受肠外营养支持治疗的恶性肠梗阻患者实施综合护理,可以提高患者的生活质量,减少不良反应,为患者提供高质量的护理服务。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in parenteral nutritional support for malignant intestinal obstruction.Methods:Sixty patients with malignant intestinal obstruction who received parenteral nutritional support treatment in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The quality of life,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing integrated nursing for patients with malignant intestinal obstruction receiving parenteral nutritional support therapy can improve patients'quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,and provide high-quality nursing services for patients.
