摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科护理与精细化护理服务联合使用对腹腔镜胃肠手术患者的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年11月在泰兴市人民医院进行腹腔镜胃肠手术的68例患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分成两组(观察组34例,对照组34例),其中对照组行常规护理,观察组行快速康复外科护理与精细化护理。对两组患者护理后的胃肠功能、术后恢复状况及生活质量评分进行对比。结果:观察组患者护理后胃肠功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者切口愈合时间、肛门排气时间、流质饮食恢复时间以及下床活动时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于腹腔镜胃肠手术患者采取精细化护理与快速康复外科护理,可有效改善其胃肠功能,术后恢复快,进而提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effects of the combined use of rapid rehabilitation surgical care and refined nursing service on patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:sixty-eight patients who underwent laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in Taixing People's Hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups by the random number table method(thirty-four cases in the observation group and thirty-four cases in the control group).Among them,the control group carried out routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out rapid rehabilitation surgical care and refined nursing care.Comparison of gastrointestinal function,postoperative recovery status and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups after nursing care was carried out.Results:The gastrointestinal function score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the healing time of the incision,the time of anal defecation,the recovery time of liquid diet and the time of getting out of bed were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting refined nursing care and rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function,fast postoperative recovery,and thus improve their quality of life.
