摘　　要：目的:规范化护理管理在慢性创面患者中的应用效果观察。方法:选取2020年7月—2023年7月联勤保障部队第904医院收治的100例慢性创面患者为研究对象,依照随机分组分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施规范化护理管理。记录组间患者伤口、造口评分,疼痛积分、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组护理后伤口、造口评分均低于对照组;疼痛视觉模拟评分、并发症发生率较低;改善效率较高,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对慢性创面患者医治期间实施规范化护理管理,可以有效缓解其疼痛感、强化管护效果,具有较高的安全性。Objective:Observation of the application effect of standardized nursing management in patients with chronic wounds.Methods:One hundred cases of chronic trauma patients admitted to the 904th Hospital of the United Logistics Support Force from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group in accor-dance with the random grouping,each with fifty cases,with the control group implementing conventional nursing care and the obser-vation group implementing standardized nursing management.Record the patients'wound and stoma scores,pain scores,therapeu-tic effects and the occurrence of complications between the groups.Results:After nursing,the wound and stoma scores of the obser-vation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group;the pain visual analog scores and the complication rate were lower;and the improvement efficiency was higher,which was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of standardized nursing management during the medical treatment of patients with chronic wounds,it can effectively alleviate their pain,strengthen the effect of management and care,and has a high degree of safety.
