摘　　要：目的:分析无创正压通气在急性左心衰竭患者急诊治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月肥城市人民医院收治的90例急性左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规急诊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取无创正压通气治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组心脏指数、左室射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心率、呼吸频率、动脉血二氧化碳分压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.024)。结论:无创正压通气在急性左心衰竭患者急诊治疗中的应用效果显著,可改善患者临床症状和心功能,稳定生命体征和血气分析指标,促进康复。Objective:To analyze the application effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:From January 2022 to April 2023,90 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to the People's Hospital of Feicheng were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random drawing lot method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment and the observation group received non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the cardiac indicators,left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume and cardiac output in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The arterial oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure has a significant effect,and can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients,stabilize vital signs and blood gas analysis indicators,and promote recovery.
