摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(CKD)是指各种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍。赵菁莉老师认为慢性肾脏病以先天禀赋不足、脾肾暗弱为本,后天失节、邪气内侵为标,然其论治也,水湿瘀毒停聚、三焦不利为标,病邪入络、肾络受损为本,并认为三焦不利与脉络瘀滞贯穿于慢性肾衰竭的整个病理过程,提出疏利三焦、畅络达邪的治疗法则,临床疗效显著。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)refers to the chronic kidney structural and functional disorder due to various causes.Zhao Jingli believes that the essence of chronic kidney disease lies in congenital insufficiency and weakness of the spleen and kidneys,as well as acquired impairment and invasion of pathogenic factors.In terms of treatment principles,the manifestations include water-dampness stasis-toxin accumulation,and dysfunction of the Sanjiao(Triple Energy),and the root causes include pathogenic factor invading the collaterals,and damage to kidney collaterals.The progression of chronic kidney failure is believed to be closely related to the impairment of the meridians and collaterals.Zhao Jingli also believes that,the dysfunction of the Sanjiao system and collateral stasis and stagnation are present in the entire pathological process of chronic renal failure.Zhao Jingli proposes a treatment approach that involves regulating and promoting the function of the Sanjiao system and ensuring the smooth flow of meridians to dispel pathogenic factors.This approach has shown significant clinical efficacy.
