揿针联合常规西药治疗坐骨神经痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨揿针联合常规西药治疗坐骨神经痛的效果。方法:选取2019年1—12月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区收治的坐骨神经痛患者96例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施揿针埋针治疗。比较两组疼痛情况、腰椎功能、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后、随访3个月后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰椎功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后、随访3个月后,两组腰椎功能评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论:揿针联合常规西药治疗坐骨神经痛的临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of thumb-tack needle combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of sciatica.Methods:Ninety-six patients with sciatica who were admitted to South Campus of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with thumb-tack needle embedding therapy.The pain,lumbar spine function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 weeks after treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the pain scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lumbar spine function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 weeks after treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the lumbar spine function scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thumb-tack needle combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of sciatica is significant,which can relieve the pain of patients and improve the lumbar spine function.
