摘　　要：目的:分析肌骨超声诊断类风湿性关节炎手关节病变的价值。方法:选取2023年2—8月桂林市中医医院收治的疑似类风湿性关节炎手关节病变患者90例作为研究对象,均进行肌骨超声和MRI检查,以MRI检查结果为“金标准”,分析肌骨超声对类风湿性关节炎手关节病变的诊断效能。结果:肌骨超声诊断类风湿性关节炎手关节病变的准确度为94.44%(85/90),特异度为86.67%(13/15),灵敏度为96%(72/75)。结论:肌骨超声诊断类风湿性关节炎手关节病变的价值较高,可为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。Objective:To analyze the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis hand joint disease.Methods:Ninety patients with suspected rheumatoid arthritis hand joint lesions admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI were performed in all of them.MRI was used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of musculoskeletal ultrasound in rheumatoid arthritis.Results:The accuracy of musculoskeletal ultrasound was 94.44%(85/90),the specificity was 86.67%(13/15),and the sensitivity was 96%(72/75).Conclusion:The value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis hand joint disease is high,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
