摘　　要：目的:分析平阴县糖尿病患者糖尿病知识知晓情况及影响因素。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年10月平阴县的185例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据糖尿病知识知晓情况分为知晓组(n=100)和不知晓组(n=85),比较两组患者一般资料,分析平阴县糖尿病患者糖尿病知识知晓情况的影响因素。结果:两组性别、婚姻情况、向心性肥胖率、家庭月收入比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不知晓组年龄>60岁、初中及以下文化水平、居住在农村、体力劳动者占比高于知晓组,有糖尿病家族史占比低于知晓组(P<0.05)。年龄>60岁、初中及以下文化水平、居住在农村、从事体力劳动、有糖尿病家族史是平阴县成人糖尿病知识知晓情况的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:平阴县糖尿病患者糖尿病知识知晓情况受多种因素影响,相关机构需针对影响因素采取针对性的干预措施,提高患者糖尿病知识知晓率。Objective:To analyze the awareness of diabetes knowledge of diabetic patients in Pingyin County and the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 185 diabetic patients in Pingyin County from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the awareness group(n=100)and the unawareness group(n=85)according to the awareness of diabetes knowledge.The general data of patients in the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of diabetes knowledge awareness of diabetic patients in Pingyin County were analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,marital status,central obesity rate and monthly family income between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of age>60 years,education level of junior high school and below,residing in rural areas,and manual workers in the unawareness group were higher than those in the awareness group,and the proportion of family history of diabetes in the unawareness group was lower than that in the awareness group(P<0.05).Age>60 years,education level of junior high school and below,residing in rural areas,engaging in manual labor,and family history of diabetes were the independent influencing factors for diabetes knowledge awareness in adults in Pingyin County(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness of diabetes knowledge of diabetic patients in Pingyin County is affected by several factors.The relevant institutions need to take targeted interventions according to the influencing factors,and increase the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge among patients.
