基于环节色块方案的链式管理在手术室病理标本管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析基于环节色块方案的链式管理在手术室病理标本管理中的应用效果。方法:无锡市人民医院于2023年1月开始实施基于环节色块方案的链式管理,选取2022年1—12月手术室病理标本3 420份作为对照组,选取2023年1—12月手术室病理标本3 485份作为观察组。比较两组手术室病理标本管理缺陷发生情况、术中冰冻标本处置合格率、常规病理标本处置合格率。结果:两组病理单缺陷发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组标本混淆、标本袋渗漏、标签脱落、交接班不规范、标本送检不及时发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者信息、标本名称处置合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组标本放置位置、标本容器、标本固定液、标本放置方式处置合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于环节色块方案的链式管理在手术室病理标本管理中的应用效果显著,可减少手术室病理标本管理缺陷,提高手术室病理标本处置合格率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of chain management based on link color block scheme in management of operating room pathological specimens.Methods:Wuxi People's Hospital began to implement chain management based on link color block scheme since January 2023.A total of 3420 operating room pathological specimens from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as a control group,and 3485 operating room pathological specimens from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as an observation group.The incidence of defects in the management of pathological specimens in the operating room,the qualified rate of intraoperative frozen specimen disposal,and the qualified rate of routine pathological specimen disposal were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of pathological sheet defect between two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of sample confusion,sample bag leakage,label peeling,irregular shift handover,and untimely sample submission in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the patient information and specimen name disposal qualified rate between two groups(P>0.05).The qualified rates of specimen placement position,specimen container,specimen fixation solution and specimen placement method disposal in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of chain management based on link color block scheme in the management of operating room pathological specimens has significant effects,and can reduce the defects in the management of operating room pathological specimens,and increase the qualified rate of pathological specimen disposal in the operating room.
