广州市花都区3家基层医疗机构实施药品集采的情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析广州市花都区3家基层医疗机构实施药品集采的情况。方法:收集并分析3家基层医疗机构执行第一批、第六批药品集采前后数据,包括中选药品、价格、采购数量。结果:3家基层医疗机构第一批药品集采共同使用的中选药品有8种,药品集采后价格均下降,降幅最高85.14%,最低40.09%,平均57.23%。第六批药品集采共同使用的中选药品有6种,降幅最高66.59%,最低33.43%,平均48.44%。3家基层医疗机构第一批药品集采共同使用的中选药品采购完成率均>100.00%,平均完成率203.90%。第六批药品集采共同使用的中选药品采购完成率≥100.00%,平均完成率322.72%。结论:广州市花都区较好地落实了药品集采政策,药品价格下降,中选药品采购完成率较高。Objective:To analyze the implementation of centralized drug procurement in three primary medical institutions in Huadu District of Guangzhou.Methods:The data before and after the first and sixth batches of centralized drug procurement implemented in three primary medical institutions were collected and analyzed,including the selected drugs,drug price and purchase quantity.Results:Three primary medical institutions selected eight drugs that were concomitantly used in the first batch of centralized drug procurement.After the centralized drug procurement,the drug price decreased and the decline range was 85.14%-40.09%,with an average decline of 57.23%.Three primary medical institutions selected six drugs that were concomitantly used in the sixth batch of centralized drug procurement.The drug price decline range was 66.59%-33.43%,with an average decline of 48.44%.In three primary medical institutions,the procurement completion rate of selected drugs that were concomitantly used in the first batch of centralized drug procurement was>100.00%,and the average completion rate was 203.90%.The procurement completion rate of selected drugs that were concomitantly used in the sixth batch of centralized drug procurement was≥100.00%,and the average completion rate was 322.72%.Conclusion:The policy of centralized drug procurement is better implemented in Huadu District of Guangzhou,the drug price decreases,and the procurement completion rate of selected drugs is relatively high.
