摘 要:随着我国智能高速铁路的快速发展,作为智能装备板块重点领域之一的牵引供电系统已具备智能化、数字化基础,为进一步提升牵引供电系统仿真、验证能力,开展数字孪生牵引供电系统研究。以贯穿牵引供电系统设计到运营全生命周期数据综合应用为出发点,提出数字孪生牵引供电系统平台架构及演进路线。基于规划设计阶段数字孪生牵引供电系统的功能特点,分析BIM、供电仿真、变电仿真、接触网仿真系统及平台展示交互的数据融合需求,提出采用星型数据融合拓扑结构,构建融合数据集实现数据交互的数据融合方法。设计了对结构化数据、BIM模型、文件类数据进行统一存储的融合数据集,提出静态、动态属性数据的标准JSON数据格式,构建数据库实现对各类数据的索引及管理。依托京唐城际铁路项目开发数字孪生牵引供电系统平台并进行应用探索,实现了BIM数据驱动仿真、仿真结果三维动态展示等核心功能,验证了数据融合方法的有效性。该方法对牵引供电系统智能化建设、运营维护具有指导意义。With the rapid development of China's intelligent high-speed railway,the traction power supply system,as one of the key fields in intelligent equipment sector,has established a foundation for intelligence and digitalization.To further enhance the simulation and verification capabilities of the system,research on a digital twin traction power supply system was initiated.Taking the comprehensive data application throughout the entire lifecycle of the system from design to operation,this paper proposed the architecture and evolution path of the digital twin traction power supply system platform.Based on the functional characteristics of the system in the planning and design phase,this study analyzed the data fusion needs of BIM,power supply simulation,substation simulation,catenary simulation system and platform display interaction.A star-shaped data fusion topology was proposed,along with a data fusion method that constructed a unified dataset for data interaction.A unified dataset for structured data,BIM model and file-type data was designed,and a standard JSON data format for static and dynamic attribute data was proposed.A database was built to index and manage various types of data.Based on the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway project,the digital twin traction power supply system platform was developed and explored in practical applications,achieving core functions such as BIM-driven simulation and three-dimensional dynamic visualization of simulation results,verifying the effectiveness of the data fusion method.This method will provide guidance for the intelligent construction,operation and maintenance of traction power supply system.
