摘　　要：文物艺术品在全球文化交流中扮演着重要角色,但在其进出境监管和保税展示交易过程中,面临同一性鉴别精准度和信息共享效率的提升需求。本文研究并提出了一种基于鉴证溯源技术的便携式智能监管系统,通过采集和验证文物艺术品表面微观特征信息,实现唯一性溯源认证。结合海关文物艺术品监管的实际需求,本文在保税展示交易监管、暂时进出境展览监管和相关涉案物品存管等业务场景中进行了应用探索。初步应用结果表明,该技术具备无损、便捷、快速等特点,有效提升了海关进出境文物艺术品的监管效能。Cultural relics and artworks play a crucial role in global cultural exchange,but in the process of their entry and exit supervision and bonded exhibition transactions,there is a need to improve the accuracy of uniqueness identification and the efficiency of information sharing.This paper researches and proposes a portable intelligent supervision system based on the principles of traceability verification technology.By rapidly collecting the micro-characteristic information on the surfaces of cultural relics and artworks,this system generates unique features,thus achieving unique traceability verification for these items.Combining the actual needs of the customs in supervising cultural relics and artworks,this paper explores applications in scenarios such as bonded exhibition trade supervision,temporary inbound and outbound exhibition supervision and the custody of related seized items.Initial application results indicate that this technology is non-destructive,convenient and fast,significantly enhancing the efficiency of customs supervision for the inbound and outbound of cultural relics and artworks.
