摘 要:目的了解医学研究生对科技论文图表的R语言可视化的认知现状和教学需求,从而为合理设计相关课程的教学内容提供客观依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对某医科大学2020—2022级的医学研究生进行匿名调查,分析医学研究生对科技论文图表的R语言可视化的认知情况以及教学需求。结果本研究共收集有效问卷500份(有效率为99.4%),有82.0%的医学研究生认为在绘制科技论文图表方面存在困难。不同专业研究生对科技论文图表的了解程度不同,差异存在统计学意义(H=9.193,P=0.027)。医学研究生的统计分析基础和软件操作能力与对科技论文图表的了解程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。此外,医学研究生对R语言可视化工具的了解程度相对有限,仅有17.2%的学生能熟练运用R语言进行图表可视化。79.4%的研究生认为开设科技论文图表的R语言可视化相关课程有必要。结论医学研究生在科技论文图表的R语言可视化实现方面存在较大的教学需求。因此,需要针对医学研究生的科技论文图表的R语言可视化需求开展相关课程教学。Objective To understand the current awareness and teaching needs of medical postgraduates regarding the use of R software for visualizing charts in scientific papers,providing an objective basis for the rational design of course content.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an anonymous survey of medical postgraduates from the years 2020 to 2022 at a medical university,analyzing their awareness and teaching needs for using R software to visualize charts in scientific papers.Results A total of 500 valid questionnaires were collected(validity rate of 99.4%),with 82.0%of medical postgraduates indicating difficulties in creating scientific paper charts.There was a statistically significant difference in the level of understanding of scientific paper charts among postgraduates from different majors(H=9.193,P=0.027).The statistical analysis foundation and software operation skills of medical postgraduates were positively correlated with their understanding of scientific paper charts(P<0.05).Moreover,the awareness of R software visualization tools among medical postgraduates was relatively limited,with only 17.2%of students being proficient in using R software for chart visualization.A significant 79.4%of postgraduates believed that it was necessary to offer courses on R software visualization for scientific paper charts.Conclusions There is a significant teaching demand among medical postgraduates for courses on R software visualization of scientific paper charts.Therefore,it is essential to develop relevant curriculum offerings to meet the needs of medical postgraduates in this area.
