未破裂后循环夹层动脉瘤血流导向装置置入术的细节性护理

摘　　要：目的观察国产血流导向装置Tubridge辅助栓塞治疗后循环椎基底夹层动脉瘤的细节性护理效果。方法选择2021年4月—2023年6月在本院应用国产血流导向装置Tubridge辅助栓塞治疗的40例颅内未破裂动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,按信封法随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各20例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行细节性护理,对两组间的护理效果进行评估。结果观察组满意度为100%(20/20),对照组满意度为65%(13/20),两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组脑血管痉挛、脑梗死、饮水呛咳、穿刺点瘀青的总体发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论国产血流导向装置Tubridge辅助栓塞颅内未破裂后循环夹层动脉瘤围手术期,进行全程、规范、细致的细节性护理,能有效减少并发症,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the detailed nursing effect of domestic blood flow guidance device Tubridge assisted embolization in the treatment of posterior circulating vertebral basilar dissection aneurysms.Methods From April 2021 to June 2023,40 patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms who received embolization assisted by Tubridge,a domestic blood flow guidance device,were included and randomly divided into two groups according to envelope method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed nursing,and the nursing effect between the two groups was evaluated.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 100%(20/20),and that of the control group was 65%(13/20),and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The overall incidence of cerebral vasospasm,cerebral infarction,cough during drinking water and puncture point bruising in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During perioperative period,the domestic blood flow guidance device Tubridge assisted embolization in treating unruptured intracranial circulating dissection aneurysm,providing full,standardized and detailed nursing care,can effectively reduce complications and improve patients'satisfaction.
