摘 要:软弱富水地层上长江堤防变形受浅埋超大直径盾构隧道施工扰动影响大。以盾构开挖直径为15.07 m的某双线隧道工程为背景,基于现场监测资料,研究盾构过堤时无为长江堤防沉降的时空演化规律,并对掘进参数与堤防加固措施的合理性进行分析。研究结果表明,压密注浆加固处理可有效减小堤防地表沉降幅度。右线隧道过堤时,中轴线上方堤防沉降变形总体随着盾尾离开天数的增加而增大,最大沉降位于堤前段,为20.37 mm,远离中轴线部位普遍产生轻微隆起。左线隧道下穿堤防后,堤防竖直变形整体呈“左线堤前段与堤后段隆起、堤坝段沉降,右线整体沉降,幅度从堤前段往堤后段沉减小”的分布规律。盾构下穿长江堤防时,切口压力、推力、扭矩等掘进参数的调整受堤坝超载效应影响。The deformation of the Yangtze River embankment on soft and water-rich strata is greatly affected by the disturbance of the construction of the shallow buried super-large diameter shield tunnel.Based on on-site monitoring data,under the background of a large double-line shield tunneling project with a diameter of 15.07 m,the spatiotemporal evolution law of the settlement of the Wuwei Yangtze River embankment was studied and the rationality of excavation parameters and embankment reinforcement measures were analyzed.The research results indicate that the amplitude of surface settlement of embankments can be effectively reduced by the reinforcement treatment of compacted grouting.When the right tunneling passed through the embankment,the overall settlement deformation of the embankment above the central axis increased with the number of days the shield tail leaves.The maximum settlement was located in the front section of the embankment,which was 20.37mm,and there was generally a slight uplift far from the central axis.After the left tunneling passed through the embankment,the overall vertical deformation of the embankment followed a distribution pattern of“uplift of the front and back sections of the left embankment,settlement of the embankment section,and overall settlement of the right line,with a decrease in amplitude from the front section to the back section of embankment”.Thus,it is concluded that when shield tunneling passes through the Yangtze River embankment,the adjustment of excavation parameters such as incision pressure,thrust,and torque is affected by the overload effect of the embankment.
