摘 要:为解决限制性双向航道的船舶交通组织问题,提高港口通航效率,从应用需求出发,综合考虑了引航员、拖轮、潮汐、安全距离以及单双向航道中的交通冲突因素,以船舶总等待时间最小为优化目标,建立了混合整数规划模型。考虑到模型的特征,提出了改进差分进化算法(improved differential evolution,IDE)来解决该问题。经过不同规模算例的试验,将所得到的船舶调度结果与先到先服务和其他算法结果进行比较验证,模型和算法可以有效地为限制性双向航道提供船舶交通组织方案。In order to solve the vessel traffic organization problem in restricted two-way channel and improve the efficiency of port navigation,a mixed-integer planning model were established to solve the application requirements,taking into account the pilot,tugboat,tide,safety distance and traffic conflict factors in one-way and two-way channel,and taking the minimum of the total waiting time of the vessels as the optimization objective.Considering the characteristics of the model,an improved differential evolution(IDE)algorithm was proposed to solve the problem.After experiments with different number of vessels,the scheduling results were compared with the results of FCFS and other algorithms to verify that the model and algorithms can effectively provide vessel traffic organization solutions for restrictive two-way channel.
