摘  要:为了研究燃油补给策略对粮食船队路径的影响,考虑了粮食海运的特殊性和燃油补给港油价的时空波动性,分析了燃油补给港的燃油价格与补给量以及燃油补给港的燃油均价与港口使用费之间的关联性,以最小化粮食船队的运营成本为研究目标。基于粮食船队的运输特点,将燃油补给港的选取、燃油补给量和船舶航行路径作为决策变量,并构建了一个混合整数规划模型。以太平洋航运公司旗下的粮食运输船队为例,使用Gurobi求解器对模型进行了求解,并验证了其有效性。结果表明,在货物装卸港外,粮食船队可以选择船舶航线附近燃油价格较低的港口进行燃油补给,以降低燃油成本;随着油价的上升,粮食船队可以选择更多的燃油补给港进行补给,优化船舶运输路径,以降低燃油补给的均价,最终达到降低成本的目的。The impact of fuel supply strategies on the routes of grain fleets is investigated,considering the specificity of grain transportation by sea and the spatiotemporal variations in fuel prices at supply ports.In order to minimize the operational costs of grain fleets,the relationship between fuel prices and supply quantity at fuel supply ports was analyzed,as well as the association between the average fuel price at fuel supply ports and port usage fees.A mixed integer programming model was constructed using the selection of fuel supply ports,fuel supply quantity,and vessel navigation routes as decision variables,based on the transport characteristics of grain fleets.The model was solved using the Gurobi solver,and its effectiveness was verified using a grain transportation fleet under a certain international dry bulk shipping company.The results suggested that grain fleets could reduce fuel costs by selecting fuel supply ports near vessel routes with lower fuel prices,except when loading and unloading cargo.Moreover,as fuel prices increased,grain fleets could optimize vessel transportation routes and selected more fuel supply ports for refueling to lower the average fuel supply price,ultimately achieved cost reduction.
