摘  要:为了对深水地面放喷火焰的温度与辐射量进行研究,从而预测放喷过程中的安全范围。基于此建立喷射火焰的热辐射强度理论计算模型,并采用有限元分析软件模拟喷射火焰的热辐射分布规律。根据深水测试现场实际放喷管汇,研究臂长为25 m时,不同管径和不同放喷产量对喷射火焰热辐射分布规律的影响。研究结果表明:①放喷火焰呈纺锤形分布,火焰中心的温度与辐射量最大,随着距离增加,温度和辐射量逐渐减小;②相同放喷产量下,随着放喷管径增大,100 kW/m^(2)以上的辐射区域轴向和径向范围尺寸逐渐增大,且最高辐射量也逐渐增大;③相同放喷管径下,随着产量的增加,温度和辐射量整体上都有一定程度的增加。④总体温度与辐射量在趋势上呈先上升,达到峰值后再下降,后又有小幅度上升。相关研究结果为深水测试地面放喷安全评价提供了一定理论支撑。In order to study the temperature and radiation of the deep-water ground blowout flame,the safety range of the blowout process was predicted.Based on this,the theoretical calculation model of the thermal radiation intensity of the jet flame was established,and the thermal radiation distribution of the jet flame was simulated by the finite element analysis software.According to the actual nozzle sink in the deep water test site,the influence of different pipe diameters and different yields on the thermal radiation distribution of the jet flame was studied when the arm length is 25 meters.The results show these as follows.The flame is spindle-shaped,and the temperature and radiation in the center of the flame are the largest.As the distance increases,the temperature and radiation gradually decrease.Under the same output,with the increase of the nozzle diameter,the axial and radial range sizes of the radiation area above 100 kW/m^(2) gradually increase,and the maximum radiation amount also gradually increases.Under the same nozzle diameter,with the increase of output,the temperature and radiation increase to a certain extent as a whole.The overall temperature and radiation increased first,then decreased after reaching the peak,and then increased slightly.The relevant research results provide some theoretical support for the safety evaluation of deep-water test ground blow off.
