再生砖集料在水泥混凝土路面中的应用研究

摘  要:为探究再生砖集料在水泥混凝土路面中应用的可行性,对比分析了再生砖集料、再生混凝土集料和天然集料的基本物理力学性质,并进一步研究了再生砖集料掺量对水泥混凝土力学性能和施工和易性的影响。结果表明:相比于天然集料,再生砖集料表观密度较低,而压碎值和吸水率较高。随着再生砖集料掺量增加,混凝土表观密度加速降低,抗压强度先增大后减小,劈裂抗拉强度呈线性下降趋势。饱水砖集料掺量对混凝土流动性影响不大,随着再生砖集料掺量的增大,水泥混凝土略微下降,但离析和泌水现象严重。综合考虑再生砖混凝土力学性能与施工和易性,认为再生砖集料可应用于水泥混凝土路面,建议其掺量不宜高于30%。To investigate the application feasibility of recycled brick aggregate in cement concrete pavement,this paper compared and analyzed the basic physical properties of recycled brick aggregate,recycled concrete aggregate,and natural aggregate,and further studied the effects of the dosage of recycled brick aggregate on the mechanical performance and construction workability of cement concrete.The results showed that compared with natural aggregate,recycled brick aggregate had lower apparent density and higher crush value and water absorption rate.With the increasing dosage of recycled brick aggregate,concrete's apparent density decreased at an accelerated rate,the compressive strength increased and then reduced,and the splitting tensile strength decreased linearly.The water-saturated brick aggregate dosage had little effect on concrete flow,and as the recycled brick aggregate dosage increased,the cement concrete flow decreased slightly,but segregation and water seepage were serious.In terms of the mechanical performance and construction workability of recycled brick concrete,it is considered that recycled brick aggregate can be used in cement concrete pavement with a suggested dosage of no more than 30%.
