摘 要:采用工业副产品赤泥和粉煤灰协同稳定沥青路面回收料(RAP),并评估混合料作为路面基层材料的可行性。测试了6种不同配合比混合料在7 d、14 d和28 d龄期下的无侧限抗压强度(UCS),并用毒性浸出试验测定了重金属含量。研究发现,赤泥-粉煤灰稳定RAP的UCS与赤泥的含量和龄期有关;较低的赤泥替代率可产生较高的UCS,RAP对混合料体系强度的贡献率大于复合胶凝材料,当RAP掺量为80%和赤泥掺量为4%时,体系7 d UCS达到最大值3.41 MPa,满足现行规范中二级和二级公路以下重交通荷载等级下最低抗压强度要求。毒性浸出试验结果表明,RAP混合料中危害元素均在环保标准要求范围内。The industrial by-products,red mud and fly ash,are used to stabilize the recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)cooperatively,and the feasibility of using the mixture as the roadbase material was assessed.The mixtures'unconfined compressive strength(UCS)with six mix ratios under ages of 7 d,14 d,and 28 d were tested,and the heavy metal content was determined using a toxic leaching test.The results showed that the UCS of the red mud-fly ash stabilized RAP was related to the content and age of the red mud.The lower red mud content had a higher UCS value,and RAP contributed more to the mixture system than the composite cementitious material.When the RAP content was 80%and the red mud content was 4%,the 7-d UCS reached the maximum value of 3.41 MPa,which can meet the minimum compressive strength requirements of current specifications for class-Ⅱand below highways at heavy traffic load.The toxic leaching test results indicated that the hazardous elements in the RAP mixture were within the environmental standard requirements.
