摘  要:城市道路交叉口是机动车交通与慢行交通的直接冲突点,过街设施会影响“人”与“车”在通过交叉口时的判断与选择,同时还可能影响交通事故发生后的严重程度。以深圳市坪山区为例,通过分析行人及非机动车过街过程与特征,从平面设计、设施配套两大方面着手,构建涉及八大类十八小类技术指标的过街设施设计评估体系,为市民提供精细化、品质化、人性化的过街服务提供了充分的依据。An urban intersection is a direct conflict between motor vehicles and non-motorized traffic.Street crossing facilities affect the judgment and choice of"pedestrians"and"vehicles"in crossing intersections,and may also affect the severity of traffic accidents once they occur.Taking Pingshan District as an example,by analyzing the process and characteristics of pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles crossing the street,focusing on two aspects of graphic design and facility matching,this paper establishes 8 categories and 18 subcategories of technical indicators of design and evaluation system for street crossing facilities,providing sufficient basis for precise,high-quality,and user-friendly crossing services for citizens.
