心理复原力在腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术后社会支持和生活质量间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的研究心理复原力在腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术后社会支持和生活质量间的中介效应。方法本研究采取前瞻性研究,以2020年12月至2022年12月在吉林大学第一医院进行腹腔镜下子宫切除手术患者120例作为研究对象,另选取同期进行健康体检的志愿者120例作为对照组,在研究组患者中,社会支持异常组患者39例,社会支持正常组患者81例,生活质量较高组患者44例,生活质量适中组患者31例,生活质量较差组患者45例。心理复原力一般组患者40例,心理复原力较强组患者34例,心理复原力很强组患者46例,比较两组研究对象的社会支持、生活质量及心理复原力评分之间的差异,比较不同社会支持的生活质量以及心理复原力评分、不同生活质量患者的社会支持以及心理复原力评分、不同心理复原力评分患者的社会支持以及生活质量评分之间的差异。结果观察组患者的社会支持、生活质量以及心理复原力评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);社会支持异常组患者的生活质量以及心理复原力评分显著低于社会支持正常组(P<0.05);随着患者的生活质量的评分降低,患者的社会支持以及心理复原力评分显著降低(P<0.05);随着患者的心理复原力的评分升高,患者的社会支持以及生活质量评分显著升高(P<0.05);通过中介效应分析,患者的心理复原力与社会支持、生活质量评分呈现显著的中介效应。结论心理复原力在腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术后社会支持和生活质量间的中介效应较为明显,可作为临床干预的重要依靠。Objective To study the value of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment management based on 5M1E analysis to prevent carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae bacterial infection.Methods In this prospective study,120 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in the First Hospital of Jilin University from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and 120 volunteers who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Among the patients in the study group,39 patients were in the abnormal social support group.There were 81 patients in the normal social support group,44 patients in the high quality of life group,31 patients in the moderate quality of life group,and 45 patients in the poor quality of life group.There were 40 patients in the general psychological resilience group,34 patients in the strong psychological resilience group,and 46 patients in the strong psychological resilience group.The differences of social support,quality of life and psychological resilience scores between the two groups were compared.The quality of life and psychological resilience scores of different social supports,social support and psychological resilience scores of patients with different quality of life,social support and psychological resilience scores of patients with different psychological resilience scores,and social support and quality of life scores of patients with different psychological resilience scores were compared.Results The social support,quality of life,and psychological resilience scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life and psychological resilience scores of patients in the abnormal social support group were significantly lower than those in the normal social support group(P<0.05).As the quality of life score of patients decreased,their social support and psychological resilience scores also significantly decreased(P<0.05).As patients’psychological resilience scores
