摘 要:非球面光学元件具有增加光学设计自由度、校正像差、减少光学元件数量和质量、简化光学系统结构等优点,已经广泛应用于放大镜、眼镜镜片、照相透镜、天文光学系统、军用光电系统等领域。基于平行光束中球面单透镜的三级球差理论,针对最小球差和平凸单透镜两种情况,理论分析结果表明:消球差单透镜的二次曲面面形参数只和单透镜的弯曲形状、折射率有关,和单透镜表面曲率无关。文章在光学设计软件Zemax中对单个非球面透镜光学系统进行优化设计,仿真结果表明非球面单透镜光学系统球差大幅减小,在0°、3.5°和5°三个视场下光斑的几何半径分别为11.7796μm、12.5355μm和12.9464μm,场曲和畸变明显减小,系统的整体成像质量提高。Aspherical optical elements have been widely used in a variety of applications,including magnifying glasses,eyeglass lenses,photographic lenses,astronomical optical systems,military photoelectric systems,and other areas.These optical elements can be used to improve the freedom of optical design,correct aberrations,reduce the quantity and quality of optical elements,and simplify the structure of optical systems.Based on the third order spherical error theory of spherical single lens in parallel beam,the results of theoretical analysis show that the quadric surface shape parameters of aplanatic single lens are only related to the bending shape and refractive index,but not to its surface curvature.A single aspherical lens optical system is designed and optimized by the optical design software Zemax.The simulation results demonstrate that the spherical aberration of the aspherical lens optical system is greatly reduced,and the geometrical light spot radius at fields of view of 0°,3.5°and 5°are 11.7796μm,12.5355μm and 12.9464μm,respectively.The field curvature and distortion are significantly reduced,and the overall imaging quality of the system is improved.
