摘  要:在传统宇航、军工领域,三防涂覆工序以手工操作为主,生产过程效率低,工艺一致性差,且存在职业病风险。文章面向航天电子装联三防工序,在充分掌握工艺的基础上,以自研三防涂覆设备作为智能化建设的硬件基础,将涂覆工序的产品信息、方法、参数通过数据库和软件进行数字化建模,并开展了自动化三防涂覆和人工涂覆的均匀性和效率实验研究,结果表明,经过三防工序的智能化建设,在涂覆厚度均匀性大幅提高的同时,涂覆效率提升了15倍。最后,文章预测了智能装备机器人在航天电子产品生产过程中的发展方向和趋势。In the traditional aerospace and military industries,the three-proof coating process is mainly operated manually,resulting in low production efficiency,poor process consistency,and the risk of occupational diseases.This paper focuses on the three-proof process of aerospace electronic assembly.On the basis of fully grasping the technology,with self-developed three-proof coating equipment as the hardware foundation for intelligent construction,the product information,methods,and parameters of the coating process are digitally modeled through databases and software.Experimental research on the uniformity and efficiency of automatic and manual three-proof coating has been carried out.The results show that after the intelligent construction of the three-proof process,while the uniformity of coating thickness has been significantly improved,the coating efficiency has increased by 15 times.Finally,this paper predicts the development direction and trend of intelligent equipment robots in the production process of aerospace electronic products.
