摘　　要：《新中华报》作为党的机关报,是开展经济动员的重要媒介载体。由于陕甘宁边区受到日本帝国主义和国民政府的双重封锁,中国共产党利用《新中华报》开展经济动员,形成了“号召—响应”的独特动员机制。《新中华报》通过宣传先进事迹、数据对比、报道展览会等形式动员群众踊跃参与经济建设。《新中华报》经济动员工作的独特机制,是中国共产党开展战时动员的有益探索,为新时代党推进宣传动员工作提供了启示。As the Party′s organ,New China Daily was an important medium for economic mobilization.Since the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was under a double blockade by the Japanese imperialists and the Nationalist government,the Communist Party of China took up the medium of New China Daily to carry out economic mobilization,forming a unique mobilization mechanism of"call-and-response".New China Daily publicized a series of stories about personal deeds and achievements,issued comparative data and reported on exhibitions to call on the masses to participate in economic construction.The unique mechanism of economic mobilization by New China Daily is seen as a useful exploration of the CPC′s wartime mobilization,providing inspiration for the Party′s propaganda and mobilization work in the new era.
