摘 要:目的分析2006-2023年潍坊市传染病突发公共卫生事件发生情况和分布特征,为制定针对性防控措施提供参考依据。方法收集突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统中2006-2023年潍坊市上报的突发公共卫生事件起因、发病规模、时间分布、地区分布、人群分布等信息,采用描述性流行病学对罹患率、病死率、年度百分比变化(APC)、莫兰指数(Moran′s I)等指标进行分析。结果2006-2023年潍坊市共报告传染病突发公共卫生事件468起,其中乙类364起、丙类61起、其他传染病43起。发病2420例,死亡45例,合计罹患率为1.86%(2420/129946),合计病死率为1.86%(45/2420)。Joinpoint分析显示,突发公共卫生事件发生率APC为8.84(P<0.05),呈上升趋势且有统计学意义(t=2.19,P=0.04);11月-次年2月为高峰期,5-8月为低谷期。全局空间自相关分析未发现统计学差异(Moran′s I=0.074,Z=1.06,P=0.155),局部空间自相关分析发现潍城区和奎文区为高-高聚集区。传染病突发公共卫生事件在村庄和社区的发生率较为均衡,学校和工矿企业是需要关注的重点场所,不同人群需要关注的主要传染病病种存在差异。结论2006-2023年潍坊市传染病突发公共卫生事件的疾病谱在不断发生变化,发生率呈上升趋势,各县市区间差异较大,不同人群需要制定不尽相同的防控措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease public health emergencies in Weifang city from 2006to 2023,so as to provide a basis for targeted prevention and control measures.Methods The data of the event cause,disease scale,time distribution,regional distribution,and population distribution were collected from Nation Public Health Emergency Reporting Systemin Weifang city from 2006to 2023.And descriptive epidemiologiy was used to analyze the incidence,mortality,annual percent change(APC),Moran's Iand other indicators.Results A total of 468infectious disease public health emergencies were reported in Weifang city from 2006to 2023,and 364events were category B,61events were category C and 43events were other infectious diseases.There were 2420patients and 45 deaths,with the incidence of 1.86%(2420/129946)and the mortality of 1.86%(45/2420).Joinpoint analysis showed that the annual percentage change(APC)in the incidence of infectious disease public health emergencies was 8.84(P<0.05),and there was an increasing tendency with statistically significant(t=2.19,P=0.04).November-February was the peak period,while May-August was the trough period.No statistical difference was found in global spatial autocorrelation of infectious disease public health emergency in Weifang city(Moran's I=0.074,Z=1.06,P=0.155),Weicheng district and Kuiwen district were found high-high clusters area in local spatial autocorrelation.The incidence of infectious disease public health emergency in villages and communities were more balanced,schools and enterprises were also the focus of attention,the main infectious diseases of different populations were quite different.Conclusion Spectrum of disease public health emergency in Weifang city were constantly changing,the incidence was on the rise,great differences among counties and districts were existent,different prevention and control measures will be applied among different populations.
