摘　　要：10 kV高压开关在工贸企业中广泛应用,确保其控制回路的正常运行是高压开关分合闸动作的前提条件,其完好性影响着供电系统的安全运行。以某炼铁厂1台磨煤机的10 kV高压开关控制回路故障为例,对故障原因进行了分析,并基于该起故障分析了开关存在的不足,提出了改进措施,为相关设备控制电路的设计及故障处理提供了一定的参考。The 10 kV high-voltage switch is widely used in industrial and trade enter⁃prises,the normal operation of its control circuit is a prerequisite for the opening and clos⁃ing action of the high-voltage switch,and its integrity affects the safe operation of the power supply system.Taking the failure of 10 kV high-voltage switch control circuit of a coal mill in an ironmaking plant as an example,the paper analyzes the causes of this fail⁃ure and the deficiencies of the switch,and puts forward the improvement measures,which provides certain references for the design of the control circuits of the related equipments and the troubleshooting.
