某煤气排水器击穿泄漏事故分析

摘  要:针对一起煤气排水器泄漏事故,从排水器结构和工作原理角度说明击穿的概念,观察排水器外观并解体检查,推测造成击穿的原因可能是腐蚀带来的排水器罐壁穿孔,通过计算证实了这一设想的正确性。排水器罐壁长年受酸性转炉煤气冷凝水浸泡腐蚀,局部罐壁逐渐减薄至完全穿透,密封水从穿孔处流失。当腐蚀穿孔尺寸加大到使流失水量超过冷凝水补充量时,排水器有效高度降低至临界值,排水器被击穿,造成煤气从排水口大量泄漏。为杜绝该类事故,根据原因分析,提出了若干有助于发现、阻止排水器击穿以及击穿后阻止煤气扩散伤人的技术措施,提高了排水器的管理成效。In response to a gas drain leakage accident,the concept of breakdown was explained from the structure and working principle of the drain,the appearance of the drain was observed and dismantled and inspected,it was hypothesized that the cause of the break⁃down might be perforation of the drain wall brought about by corrosion,and the the assump⁃tion was confirmed by calculations.The wall of the drain tank was corroded by acidic con⁃verter gas condensate for many years,and was gradually thinned to completely penetrated,and the sealing water is lost from the perforation.When the size of the corrosion perforation increases to the point where the amount of water lost exceeds the amount of condensate re⁃plenishment,the effective sealing height of the drain is reduced to a critical value and the drain is punctured,resulting in a large leakage of gas from the drain.In order to prevent such accidents,based on the analysis of the causes,a number of technical measures have been proposed to help detect and prevent the breakdown of drains,as well as to prevent gas from spreading and injuring people after the breakdown,thus improving the effectiveness of the management of drains.
