清管球在压力排水管道清理中的应用

摘　　要：压力排水管道是压力输送工业排水及生活排水的管道,遍布于工业生产及城市生活各行业。排水管道长期运行内壁会出现杂质沉降附着、结垢、微生物滋生等问题,缩短管道的使用寿命,降低输送能力,增加管道运行成本,因此需要定期进行管道清理工作。结合冷轧工序生产中对压力排水管道的清理过程,对清管球在压力排水管道清理作业中的应用效果进行分析。Pressure drainage pipelines are pipelines for pressure conveying industrial drainage and domestic drainage,that are set all over the industrial production and urban life.After long-term operation,the inner wall of drainage pipelines will appear impurity deposition adhesion,scaling,microbial growth and other problems,shorten the service life of the pipelines,reduce the conveying capacity,increase the operating costs,so it is essential to regularly clean the pipelines.Combined with the cleaning process of pressure drainage pipelines in cold rolling process,the application ef⁃fect of pig in pressure drainage pipeline cleaning operation is analyzed.
