摘　　要：根据高炉鼓风机稳定供风技术原理,设计高炉鼓风机稳定供风控制程序。通过建立风机与热风炉之间的信号联络,新增稳定供风逻辑功能块,优化稳定供风操作画面,实现了热风炉换炉期间风机自动调整送风压力,及时补充换炉风量损失,减少了热风炉换炉引起的风压、风量波动,确保高炉稳定顺行。The stable air supply control program of blast furnace fans is designed according to the principle of stable air supply technology of blast furnace fans.By establishing the signal contact between fans and hot blast furnace,adding the logic function block of stable air supply,and optimiz⁃ing the operation scene of stable air supply,which realizes that the fans automatically adjusts the pressure of air supply during the furnace changeover,replenishes the loss of air volume of the fur⁃nace changeover in time,and reduces the fluctuation of the air pressure and air volume caused by furnace changeover,so as to ensure the stable and smooth running of the blast furnace.
