摘　　要：介绍了一种用于无取向硅钢退火炉的高温钢丝炉辊,新型钢丝炉辊表面无结瘤,无异常磨损,上线使用后能够替代传统炉底碳套辊,减少开炉检修次数,有效提升生产线作业效率。This paper introduces a high-temperature steel wire furnace rollers for nonoriented silicon steel annealing furnace,the new steel wire furnace roller's surface has no clog⁃gings,no abnormal wear and tear,which can replace the traditional furnace bottom carbon sleeve rollers,so as to reduce the maintenance,and effectively improve the production line operating effi⁃ciency.
