摘 要:采用硫酸浸泡试验,试验了在不同温度和不同硫酸浓度条件下,耐酸性腐蚀钢中化学元素含量对性能的影响。试验结果表明,耐酸性腐蚀性能主要与Sb、S等元素含量密切相关,而在Ni元素含量较低时,增加Ni元素含量对耐酸性腐蚀性能影响不显著。在20℃、20%H2SO4和70℃、50%H2SO4条件下,耐酸性腐蚀钢主要通过Sb、S、Cu等元素富集形成致密锈层,阻碍基体与腐蚀介质之间的进一步腐蚀,提高耐酸性腐蚀性能。这一特性广泛应用于煤气管道、液体运输罐车等行业。The effect of the content of chemical elements in acid corrosion-resistant steel on its acid corrosion resistance at different temperatures and different sulfuric acid con⁃centrations was tested using the sulfuric acid immersion test.The test results show that the acid corrosion resistance performance of acid corrosion-resistant steel is mainly closely re⁃lated to the content of Sb,S and other elements.When the content of Ni elements was low,increasing the content of Ni element had no significant effect on acid resistance perfor⁃mance.Under the conditions of 20℃,20%H2SO4 and 70℃,50%H2SO4 conditions,the rust layer formation in acid corrosion-resistant steels is mainly through the enrichment of el⁃ements such as Sb,S,Cu and so on,which can hinder further corrosion between the sub⁃strate and the corrosive medium and improve the acid corrosion resistance performance.This feature is widely used in gas pipelines,liquid transportation tankers and other industries.
