摘 要:介绍了氮氧化物(NOx)烟气治理的发展现状、常见技术及其原理,重点探讨了选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术在冶金企业的应用。通过河钢乐钢企业的案例分析,证实了SCR脱硝技术在冶金企业烟气治理中具有显著的应用效果。同时,展望了作为新兴烟气治理技术的低温SCR脱硝技术,在催化剂的开发与优化、工艺参数的调整以及与其他烟气治理技术协同等方面的发展前景。The development status of nitrogen oxide(NOx)flue gas treatment,common technologies and their principles are introduced,the application of selective catalytic reduc⁃tion(SCR)denitrification technology in metallurgical enterprises are discussed.Through the case study of Hesteel and Lesteel,it is confirmed that SCR denitrification technology has significant application effect in flue gas treatment of metallurgical enterprises.Meanwhile,the development prospects of low-temperature SCR denitrification technology,as an emerging flue gas treatment technology,in the development and optimization of catalysts,the adjust⁃ment of process parameters,and the synergy with other flue gas treatment technologies are envisioned.
