摘 要:为研究颗粒属性对地热井用潜水泵外特性和冲蚀磨损的影响,采用离散相模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型对两级潜水泵内流场进行了全流道数值模拟.结果表明:随着固体颗粒体积分数的增大,潜水泵各级扬程和效率均呈下降趋势,单级扬程最大下降1.68 m,单级效率最大下降5.18%;叶轮的冲蚀磨损主要出现在叶片工作面进口,导叶的冲蚀磨损主要出现在导叶工作面出口和导叶前盖板;随着固体颗粒密度的增大,各部件的平均冲蚀率增加明显;叶轮和导叶的最大冲蚀率均随固体颗粒粒径的增大呈增大趋势,其中导叶的最大冲蚀率随颗粒粒径变化相比叶轮更加明显,当颗粒粒径超过0.650 mm时,过流部件最大冲蚀磨损率急剧上升.In order to explore the influence of particle properties on the hydraulic characteristics and erosion wear of submersible pumps used in geothermal wells,a discrete phase model and RNG k-εturbulence model were used to conduct full-channel numerical simulation of the internal flow field inside a two-stage submersible pump.The results show that with the increase of solid particle volume fraction,the head and efficiency of each stage of the submersible pump show a downward trend,with a maximum decrease of 1.68 m in single-stage head and 5.18%in single-stage efficiency.The erosion and wear of the impeller mainly occur at the inlet of the blade working surface.The erosion and wear of guide vanes mainly occur at the outlet of the guide vane working face and the front cover plate of the guide vane.As the density of solid particles increases,the average erosion rate of each component increases significantly.The maximum erosion rate of both the impeller and guide vanes increases with the increase of solid particle size,and the maximum erosion rate of the guide vanes varies more significantly with particle size compared to the impeller.When the particle size exceeds 0.650 mm,the maximum erosion wear rate of the flow passage components sharply increases.
