摘  要:根据灾后重金属水质净化难题,探索使用磷酸化壳聚糖负载的PP棉纤维材料吸附处理模拟重金属污染水.对材料进行了表面性质表征;以水中Cd(Ⅱ)为目标,考察了材料吸附效能的影响因素、吸附动力学与等温线特征及再生条件;评估了材料对多种典型二价重金属离子的去除效能,并开展了随装实际水体现场测试.结果表明,材料表面附着有明显的磷酸化活性膜层,活性层磷酸化程度对材料吸附效能的发挥至关重要,材料的水环境适应性良好,在pH 4~10时,其Cd(Ⅱ)吸附去除效能保持稳定,且受水中除重碳酸盐、磷酸盐外的常见共存阴离子影响小.材料的再生性能良好,循环再生处理3次后的Cd(Ⅱ)吸附率仍高于80%.材料对除Cd(Ⅱ)外的其他典型二价重金属去除性能良好,作为反渗透保安过滤器滤芯填料应用于依托资助项目研制的便携式净水装置,能够起到膜前重金属屏障的作用,具备良好的实际应用潜能.Based on the difficulty of purifying heavy metal water after disasters,the use of phosphory-lated chitosan loaded PP cotton fiber materials for adsorption treatment of simulated heavy metal contaminated water was explored.The surface properties of the material were characterized.Taking Cd(Ⅱ)in water as the target,the factors affecting the material adsorption efficiency,adsorption kinetics,isotherm characteristics and regeneration conditions were investigated.The removal efficiency of the material for a variety of typical divalent heavy metal ions was evaluated,and on-site testing was carried out in actual water bodies.The results indicate that the phosphorylated active film is obviously significant,and the degree of phosphorylation of the active layer is crucial.The fiber has good adaptability,and the adsorption efficiency for Cd(Ⅱ)remains stable within a pH range of 4-10,and is less affected by common coexisting anions in water except for bicarbonate and phosphate.The material has good regeneration performance,and the Cd(Ⅱ)adsorption rate is still higher than 80%after 3 cycles of regeneration.The material has good removal performance for other typical divalent heavy metals except Cd(Ⅱ).It is used as a reverse osmosis security filter element filler in a portable water purification device developed based on the funded project.It can serve as a heavy metal barrier before membrane and exhibit good practical application potential.
