摘 要:随着高速公路网络的快速扩张,桥梁作为其关键组成部分,其施工质量要求受到广泛关注。分析了高速公路桥梁施工过程中的常见质量问题,并探讨有效的防治措施。通过收集国内外相关研究资料,结合实地调研,研究总结了高速公路桥梁施工中的基础施工、桥面施工及关键施工环节。研究发现,混凝土裂缝、钢筋锈蚀和桥面防水层破损是最常见的质量问题。针对这些问题,提出了具体的防治处理措施,如优化混凝土配比、使用高性能防腐材料以及改进防水层施工工艺。研究结果表明,通过科学施工与严格管理,可以显著提高桥梁施工质量。系统分析与针对性的防治措施对确保桥梁施工质量和延长使用寿命具有重大意义。With the rapid expansion of the highway network,bridges,as a key component,have received widespread attention for their construction quality requirements.This article aims to analyze common quality problems in the construction process of highway bridges and explore effective prevention and control measures.By collecting relevant research materials at home and abroad,combined withfield research,this study summarizes the foundation construction,bridge deck construction,and key construction processes in highway bridge construction.Research has found that concrete cracks,steel corrosion,and damage to bridge deck waterproof layers are the most common quality issues.Specific prevention and control measures have been proposed to address these issues,such as optimizing concrete mix proportions,using high-performance anti-corrosion materials,and improving the construction process of waterproof layers.The results indicate that through scientific construction and strict management,the quality of bridge construction can be significantly improved.System analysis and targeted prevention measures are of great significance in ensuring the quality of bridge construction and extending its service life.
