摘 要:为了分析公用建筑电气及智能化工程的技术要点,探讨提高其水平的有效策略,通过文献分析和案例研究,重点考察了供配电系统、照明系统、防雷接地系统等电气工程要点,以及楼宇自动化系统、安防系统、通信系统和信息网络系统等智能化系统要点。研究表明,现代公用建筑电气工程正朝着高效、安全、智能化方向发展。针对公用建筑电气及智能化工程面临的挑战,提出了推进标准化和开放式架构、构建多层次的安全防护体系、应用智能化运维管理平台等措施。公用建筑电气及智能化工程是一个不断发展的领域,未来将进一步融合新技术,提供更安全、舒适、高效的使用体验。In order to analyze the technical points of electrical and intelligent engineering in public buildings and explore effective strategies to improve their level.Through literature analysis and case studies,the key points of electrical engineering such as power supply and distribution systems,lighting systems,lightning protection and grounding systems,as well as intelligent systems such as building automation systems,security systems,communication systems,and information network systems were examined.Research has shown that modern public building electrical engineering is developing towards efficiency,safety,and intelligence.In response to the challenges faced by public building electrical and intelligent engineering,measures have been proposed to promote standardization and open architecture,build a multi-level safety protection system,and apply intelligent operation and maintenance management platforms.The electrical and intelligent engineering of public buildings is a constantly evolvingfield that will further integrate new technologies to provide a safer,more comfortable,and efficient user experience in the future.
