摘　　要：针对海外铁路的现状,从海外用户的实际需求出发,在现有的调度集中系统基础上通过优化来适应海外项目的需求。通过精简系统结构,优化软件功能,形成符合海外实际项目功能需求的调度集中系统技术方案,对调度集中系统在海外市场推广具有重要意义。In response to the current situation of overseas railways,starting from the actual needs of overseas users,the existing centralized dispatch system is optimized to meet the needs of overseas projects.By streamlining the system structure and optimizing software functions,a technical solution for the centralized dispatch system that meets the functional requirements of overseas projects is formed,which is of great significance for the promotion of the centralized dispatch system in overseas markets.
