摘　　要：成本管理与控制是土建工程项目管理的重要内容,直接关系到项目的经济效益和可行性。通过分析土建工程施工成本管理过程中存在的问题,探讨了有效的解决策略,有助于提高土建工程成本管理效率和项目投资收益。通过研究国内土建工程施工管理、成本控制方面的理论和实践成果,发现土建工程成本存在一定的不确定性、管理意识不足、管理体系不完善等问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的建议:建立成本管理责任制,完善成本管理体系,加强施工过程成本管理等。Cost management and control are important components of civil engineering project management,directly related to the economic benefits and feasibility of the project.By analyzing the problems in the cost management process of civil engineering construction and exploring effective solutions,it can help improve the efficiency of civil engineering cost management and project investment returns.This article studies the theoretical and practical achievements in domestic civil engineering construction management and cost control,and finds that there are certain uncertainties,insufficient management awareness,and imperfect management systems in civil engineering costs.Corresponding suggestions are proposed to address these issues,such as establishing a cost management responsibility system,improving the cost management system,and strengthening the cost management of the construction process.
