摘 要:当前正是我国由石油化工大国向强国转型的关键时期,危化品仓储物流在化工产业链的高质量发展过程中发挥着重要的稳链保链作用。本文针对我国危化品仓储物流高质量发展中面临的用地难这一核心问题进行剖析,针对性提出优化化工园区用地规划、优化绩效考核标准、以科技创新提升土地使用效能以及推动历史遗留问题的妥善解决等建议。At present,China is in a critical period of leaping from a major petrochemical country to a powerful petrochemical country.In the high-quality development process of the chemical industry chain,the storage and logistics of hazardous chemicals play an important role in stabilizing and protecting the chain.This article analyzes the core issue of the difficulty in using land in the high-quality development of hazardous chemical storage and logistics in China,and proposes targeted measures to optimize the logistics land planning of chemical parks,optimize the setting of logistics land performance evaluation indicators,enhance the efficiency of land use through technological innovation,and promote the proper resolution of historical issues.
