中原城市群城市水资源利用效率的时空分异格局研究

摘  要:利用超效率SBM模型和ML指数法对2011—2021年中原城市群30个城市水资源利用效率进行静态和动态分析,并绘制中原城市群水资源利用效率时空分异图,进一步探索各地区水资源利用效率变化的空间分布情况.结果表明:①2011—2021年,中原城市群用水效率达到有效状态的有济源、三门峡、晋城、郑州、聊城、阜阳和许昌7个城市.②中原城市群用水效率受技术效率增长的影响,随时间推移呈上升趋势.③研究期内,各区域水资源利用效率差异明显,东部水资源利用效率明显提高,中西部及南部地区保持稳定.The static and dynamic analysis of water resource use efficiency of 30 cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration(CPUA)during 2011-2021 was conducted by using the super-efficiency SBM model and the ML index method,and the spatial-temporal divergence maps of water resource use efficiency in the CPUA were plotted to further explore the spatial distribution of the changes in water resource use efficiency in each region.The results show that:①From 2011 to 2021,the water resource use efficiency of seven cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration reaches the effective state:Jiyuan,Sanmenxia,Jincheng,Zhengzhou,Liaocheng,Fuyang and Xuchang.②The water use efficiency of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is influenced by the growth of technical efficiency and shows an upward trend over time.③Regional water resource use efficiency varies significantly during the study period,with water resource use efficiency increasing significantly in the east region and remaining stable in the central,western and southern parts of the country.
