摘 要:运用超效率SBM模型、空间分类法、核密度估计和地理加权回归模型等方法,对2003—2021年长江经济带130个城市工业用地效率的时空演进规律和影响机制进行分析.结果显示:①2003—2021年长江经济带工业用地效率先升后降,经历了持续提升、稳定发展、阶段下降的发展历程;区域工业用地效率呈下游>中游>上游的演变态势;重度收缩型和爆发增长型城市效率显著高于其他类别.②高值区呈片状分布在下游沿海地区和中游核心节点城市,低值区呈基底状集中分布在上游地区,空间分布均衡性先强后弱;莫兰指数先减后增,空间正向相关性明显且集聚特征显著.③不同区位、不同规模和不同职能城市的工业用地效率演进规律存在明显差异性和时序惯性,区域性城市群和中等城市低效演进现象显著.④影响因子回归系数表现为明显的空间非均衡性特征,绿色技术创新水平、交通发展水平、经济发展水平、产业结构转型、基础设施水平与工业用地效率由强到弱呈正向相关关系.Using the super-efficiency SBM model,spatial classification method,kernel density estimation,and geographic weighted regression model,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution and impact mechanism of industrial land efficiency in 130 cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2021.The conclusions are as follows:①The industrial land efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt first increases and then decreases from 2003 to 2021,and it experiences a development process of continuous improvement,stable development and phased decline.The industrial land efficiency in the watershed shows an evolutionary trend of downstream>midstream>upstream.The efficiencies of cities with severe contraction and explosive growth are significantly higher than that of other categories.②The high-efficiency areas are distributed in a sheet-like manner in the downstream coastal areas and the core node cities in the middle reaches,while the low-efficiency areas are concentrated in the upstream areas in a basal state,with the spatial distribution balance of first strong and then weak.The Moran’s I index first decreases and then increases,with significant spatial positive correlation and clustering characteristics.③There are significant differences and temporal inertia in the evolution of industrial land efficiency in cities with different locations,scales and functions.The phenomenon of inefficient evolution in regional urban agglomerations and medium-sized cities is significant.④The regression coefficient of the influencing factors shows obvious spatial disequilibrium characteristics.The level of green technology innovation,the level of transportation development,the level of economic development,the transformation of industrial structure,the level of infrastructure and the efficiency of industrial land are positively correlated from strong to weak.
