摘　　要：为解决ZJ116型卷接机组吸丝带转向带轮拆装不方便,轴承更换作业时间长的问题,对转向带轮机构进行了改进。设计了一种三段组合式偏心轴代替原来的一体式偏心轴,使得转向带轮拆装方便、快捷,从而减少了转向带轮轴承更换作业时间。以济南卷烟厂的ZJ116型卷接机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后的吸丝带转向带轮轴承更换作业时间缩短了约66.6%,且对转向带轮轴承使用寿命无显著负面影响。该方法可为提高设备维修效率、降低维修人员劳动强度提供技术支持。To solve the problems of inconvenient disassembly and assembly of the yarn carrier pulley and long bearing replacement time in the ZJ116 type cigarette making machine unit,the pulley mechanism was improved.A three-section composite eccentric shaft was designed to replace the original one-piece eccentric shaft,making the pulley disassembly and assembly convenient and quick,thereby reducing the time for bearing replacement of the carrier pulley.Tests conducted on the ZJ116 type cigarette making machine unit at Jinan Cigarette Factory showed that the bearing replacement time for the improved yarn carrier pulley was reduced by about 66.6%,with no significant negative impact on the bearing life of the carrier pulley.This method can provide technical support for improving equipment maintenance efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
