摘 要:本文以欧盟铁路互联互通供电子系统认证为重点,采用文献综述法,研究欧盟铁路互联互通法规、供电子系统技术法规和认证相关的内容,旨在帮助理解欧盟铁路互联互通的供电子系统的认证。首先介绍欧盟铁路互联互通子系统认证的法律背景和相关内容,然后分析供电子系统认证的具体内容和程序,讨论中国企业在认证过程中可能面临的挑战和问题,并提出相应的应对策略和建议。总体而言,欧盟铁路互联互通子系统认证对中国企业具有重要意义,将为其拓展国际市场、提升品牌影响力和实现可持续发展提供重要的机遇和平台。This paper focuses on the certification of energy subsystems for EU railway interoperability,employing a literature review method to study the EU railway interoperability regulations,technical regulations for energy subsystems,and the related certification requirements.The aim is to aid in understanding the certification of energy subsystems within the EU railway interoperability framework.It begins by introducing the legal background and related aspects of EU railway interoperability subsystem certification,followed by an analysis of the specific content and procedures of the energy subsystem certification.Furthermore,the paper discusses the challenges and issues that Chinese enterprises may face during the certification process and proposes appropriate strategies and suggestions.Overall,the EU railway interoperability subsystem certification holds significant importance for Chinese enterprises,providing them with crucial opportunities and platforms to expand into international markets,enhance brand influence,and achieve sustainable development.
