摘  要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对焊道变化缺陷组织和成分进行分析。结果表明,在焊缝纵向上可以观察到夹杂缺陷,缺陷区域内有碳、氧、钨等杂质元素分布。该类型缺陷产生原因为钨针尖表面附着物累积到一定量以后,掉落到焊缝熔池中,引起电弧波动而形成缺陷。通过提高钛带表面清洁度,增加修磨钨针尖频次,提高焊枪氩气流量等措施,可减少该类型缺陷的产生。In this paper,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum are used to analyze the defect structure and composition of the welding pass.The results show that the inclusion defects can be observed in the longitudinal direction of the weld,and the impurity elements such as carbon,oxygen and tungsten are distributed in the defect area.The reason for this type of defect is that after the surface attachment of the tungsten tip accumulates to a certain amount,it falls into the weld pool,causing arc fluctuations and forming defects.The defects can be reduced by improving the surface cleanliness of titanium strip,increasing the frequency of grinding tungsten tip and increasing the argon flow rate of welding gun.
